What is Coaching with Nandita Like?
Coaching is a space where you get to explore, grow, and step into your full potential—without judgment, without pressure, and with the support of someone who truly sees you.
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” But what does that actually feel like?
For me, coaching isn’t about giving you a formula or a step-by-step plan to follow. It’s about sitting with you, listening deeply, asking the right questions, and helping you expand your vision of what’s possible. It’s about supporting you while also challenging you—because growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone. The good news is - you don’t have to do it alone.

A study on what women look for in a coach found that the most important quality wasn’t just expertise—it was feeling unconditionally accepted as a person. What is my coaching process?
While every coaching engagement is unique, tailored to your specific needs and circumstances.
Here is a general idea of how the sessions are run:
Initial Session: We’ll start with a powerful coaching conversation to see if we’re a good fit.
Session Length: Coaching sessions typically last 90 minutes and will be done via GoogleMeet or Zoom.
Goal Setting: We start by defining what success looks like for you and get clear on your vision.
Duration: Most engagements last at least 4 months.
Frequency: We’ll meet at least every 2 weeks, with some flexibility to adjust as needed.
Format: Sessions are one-to-one or small groups.
Support and Challenge: I will provide a supportive space where you can explore freely. I ask challenging questions and give constructive feedback.
Action-Oriented: Between sessions, you’ll have assignments to create real change.
Custom Approach: Because people are different, we will refine our approach after our first session to ensure it meets your needs and goals.
